From the minute I met Jamie Drummond at the property I was selling ( a rental property not in the best state), he gave me 100% confidence in that he would find a buyer at a good price. He had done his research ( as had I as an experienced landlord) and it was very clear he knew the market very well. Despite this there was no hard sell. During the marketing period Drummonds kept me fully up to date, all of the people who I spoke to were so professional and knowledgeable. All questions followed up quickly. When the property was damaged they supported me to find trades people, and secured a sale at a much better price than I was anticipating.
